Falling under Amy’s umbrella is Claim Operations, Auditing and Training, Billing and Eligibility, Plan Building, along with Provider Maintenance. She has been in the industry for 27 years starting her career with Mutual of Omaha and moving to Key Benefit in 2003.

Candice J. McGee is a Vice President of Operations at Centene with over 25 years of experience leading healthcare operations across payer and health plan organizations. In her current role, she oversees large scale, multi function print communications and mail intake driving significant cost savings through operational efficiencies, automation, and modernization initiatives.

Her healthcare leadership experience spans claims processing, enrollment, call center operations, utilization management, mailroom and print operations, and business operations support. Throughout her career, Candice has led enterprise system implementations, workflow digitization, and automation efforts that have delivered multimillion dollar savings while improving service quality and employee engagement. She is known for a data driven, people focused leadership approach that aligns operational execution with strategic business outcomes.

Catherine leads the administration and servicing of self-funded and level-funded, employer-driven health plans.

David oversees the Payer Services Division that operates a third party administration service for medicaid, medicare and mLTSS functions.

Mark Galvin, President and CEO of TALON has a long career of anticipating market needs, innovating solutions and growing new technology companies. He co-founded TALON to arm group health plans with the tools and teaching necessary to recapture a meaningful portion of the $850 billion over-spend wasted on providers of overpriced medical tests and procedures.

Previously, Mr. Galvin founded and led four tech startups that grew at rates that ranked each into the 100 fastest-growing private companies in the U.S. to include Cedar Point Communications that was #2 on the INC 500 list in 2007. During his tenure, Mark has consulted to the White House on healthcare transparency initiatives, presented at investment conferences, entrepreneurial forums and at a wide variety of technology industry events. His innovations have been covered in most major media outlets including Forbes, Money Magazine, the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times and Huffington Post among many others. Mark attended McGill University where he studied math and computer science in the undergraduate and graduate faculties from 1978 to 1983.

Matthew Estes is an accomplished IT executive with over 25 years of experience in managing and transforming IT infrastructures across various sectors, with a focus on healthcare. Currently serving as the Vice President of Information Technology Texas at 90 Degree Benefits, Matt oversees IT operations across multiple subsidiaries, ensuring operational efficiency and strategic alignment with business goals. He’s responsible for aligning the overarching information technology strategy in Texas with company objectives, tracking progress, and achieving results.

Over 15 years of Healthcare Payer, Provider, Third Party Administration (TPA), Risk Management, Contract Management, and Vendor Management experience.

Over 20 years experience in Health Plan operations, customer experience, governance, and strategy. I am passionate about creating meaningful customer experiences with positive outcomes, efficiencies for internal teams, and solving complex issues.
